Breathe and Take Time to Reflect

I hope today is treating you kindly! Yesterday we took the day to spend with family out of town and it was refreshing for the soul. Instead of juggling normal life tasks I was able to enjoy my kiddos as someone else cooked and I didn’t find myself constantly looking around at *all the things* I should be doing. I relaxed. And reflected.

Do you ever do that? Take time away to reflect? I use the word *ever* intentionally. We tend to stack our plates so high with obligations, commitments, and good deeds there is no room to breathe. You may be thinking, who has time for that?! Surprisingly, the most giving and generous people do at varying income levels.

They use systems centered around their priorities, time blocking to ensure no distractions, focused energy to be present in each moment, and they wield the power of “no” without shame or guilt.

If you feel so inclined, I would love to hear which of these areas spoke to you? Maybe having room to breathe or staying focused. Possibly the ability to eliminate shame and guilt when telling someone no. Send me an email and let’s chat. I’d love to encourage & support you!

It has been extremely generous with people like you giving freely all that a number of people would’ve sold as an e-book to earn some cash for themselves, most notably considering the fact that you could have done it in case you wanted. Those good ideas additionally acted to be a fantastic way to be aware that other people have similar desire just like mine to realize lots more pertaining to this issue. I’m certain there are a lot more enjoyable moments up front for people who view your site.
